I possess over three decades of experience in IT and consulting sales that reflects a deep understanding of developing individuals, implementing strong processes, and creating efficient systems. What sets me apart is my refusal to stick to one role; I've transitioned from hardware to database sales, project outsourcing sales, ERP sales, and Microsoft Consulting Sales. My journey has led me to pursue my passion for training, coaching, and mentoring. The idea of becoming complacent and staying within my comfort zone terrifies me, driving me to continually seek new challenges and opportunities, with an endeavor to excel in the same.

 

Discover My Journey

In the bustling corridors of HCL Limited's Computer division, back in 1990, I embarked on a journey that would shape my destiny. At that time, I was a timid introvert, lacking the confidence and assertiveness that seemed essential in the competitive corporate world.

The path was not easy. I faced challenges that pushed me to the edge of my capabilities. It was in the face of these challenges that I discovered an innate strength within me - the power of perseverance after clinching a deal (from the International Institute of Population Sciences – a USAID funded Project) worth ₹1.23 Crores (₹10.23 Million) in 1993 - a monumental achievement amidst fierce competition. This deal, the largest in the Western Region of India, became a testament to my unwavering spirit.

My journey is not just a tale of overcoming hurdles; it is that of resilience, growth, and self-discovery. Each challenge I faced became a stepping stone, propelling me towards my goals. Through every obstacle, I found the courage to persevere, emerging stronger and more determined.

 

​Join Me on This Voyage
Understandably enough, my sessions on life skills are narratives woven from real-life threads. In my world, giving up is never an option. I’ve weathered storms that tested my resolve, including experiencing deceit from individuals I trusted with my life. In retrospect, these challenges have been blessings in disguise, helping me gain invaluable lessons on trust from the experience.

 

​My Current Avatar
All through my professional journey with organizations like Microsoft, Oracle, Hewlett-Packard, and HCL Technologies, I have constantly evolved. Covered an entire spectrum of IT Products and Services ranging from PC and Wintel Servers, HP9000 PA-RISC Systems, Databases, Enterprise Software, and IT Consulting and services. 

 

In my current avatar as an Executive Coach, I closely interact with C-Suite professionals, focusing on identifying their goals and the appropriate action steps to help them reach the goals. It is done by often questioning the status quo. Furthermore, as a sales trainer and consultant, I advise organizations on sales strategies, lead generation, market expansion, and achieving profitability. I also chase my passion for mentoring individuals on sales and life skills. 

 

​My Personal Belief
While branding, solution fit, pricing, and support undoubtedly influence a customer's buying decision, it is the comfort of an individual/organization that eventually becomes the deciding factor in buying.
